1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Reliable Reach Private Limited ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Reliable Reach provides domestic courier and logistics services including local shipping, express delivery, warehousing, and parcel tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with prior notice.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to wallet balance verification before processing.
Rates are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Wallet top-ups must be approved by the administrator before credit is added.
COD (Cash on Delivery) remittance is subject to delivery confirmation.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment:

Narcotics, drugs, or controlled substances
Weapons, firearms, or explosives
Counterfeit goods or pirated materials
Perishable items without prior arrangement
Any items prohibited under Indian law

5. Liability

Reliable Reach's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or ₹5,000, whichever is lower, unless insurance coverage was purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access immediately to info@reliablereach.in.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
